Return & Refund Policy

We are confident you will be delighted with your purchases from our site but we do understand there are slight hiccups that occur time to time. We offer a 100% refund and return exchange policy in order to cater for these rare occurrences.

Due to human and machine error, the wrong item may arrive, or your item may arrive damaged. We offer a return exchange policy that lasts 30 days from when tracking indicates the item has been delivered.

Defected or damaged merchandise that have been purchased from our site are eligible for an exchange according to our returns policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition when received. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photos of the defected goods. We will ask for more necessary information and provide you with an address to ship the item once you come in contact with us. Please do not ship back to the warehouse your goods came from. We have a separate warehouse for returns. Note that tracking numbers must be provided for items that are returned.

Note: Please check your cart and order thoroughly before purchasing. We do not process refunds or exchange items simply for a 'change of mind' or 'wrong sizes'. We do not issue refunds for wrong choices.

We guarantee a partial or full refund if your item has arrived defective or damaged. Refunds are not given for other reasons unless they are a high risk order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds can take up 72 hours to process.

Note several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Late or missing refunds
If a refund was granted, please allow for 7 – 14 working days for your refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company. We process refunds and exchanges as soon as possible once confirmed for eligibility. If you haven’t received your refund 14 days after our confirmation of a refund, please contact your credit card company or bank. There are often different processing times depending on the company. If all actions are taken and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us immediately.

Sale items
Any items that were bought discounted or through promotions are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Customs Fees

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items during transit. Custom fees encountered during international import are not our responsibility. The buyer is responsible for shipping fees and any return fees if our shipment is denied. With our made to order items, we cannot accept returns unless it is a special case. That said, customer satisfaction is our priority. In the rare event that your shipment does not arrive or is faulty upon arrival, please contact us and we will endeavor to help you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
